Refund policy

Our standard policy does not permit returns. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow these guidelines: 

  1. Take a detailed video of the damaged product within 48-72 hours of receiving the damaged product 
  2. Send us a brief description of the damaged product and details of the damage at contact@labelguestlist.com 
  3. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returns or replacements
