Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 7-12 working days and we levy a standard shipping fee of ₹149 for all orders placed in Pan India.
You will get automated SMS/email updates regarding the status of your order. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it.
Our standard policy does not permit returns. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow these guidelines:
- Take a detailed video of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the damaged product
- Send us a brief description of the damaged product and details of the damage at contact@labelguestlist.com
- Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returns or replacements
