When purchasing on our website, you agree to pay for the products or services ordered. Payment details will be provided during the checkout process. Our primary payment method is "Cash on Delivery." 

We provide prepaid modes of payment on our Instagram @labelguestlist through direct messages.

3. Prepaid Mode of Payment:

If you wish to make a prepaid transaction, please contact us through direct message on our Instagram @labelguestlist or by mail contact@lableguestlist.com with the order and alternative payment options.

Users shall have all the different prepaid payment options including UPI, Bank transfer, Netbanking. 

4. No Returns Policy, Except for Damaged Products:

Our standard policy does not permit returns. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow these guidelines: 

  1. Take a detailed video of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the damaged product 
  2. Send us a brief description of the damaged product and details of the damage at contact@labelguestlist.com 
  3. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returns or replacements. 

5. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws. Any use of our content requires our prior consent. 

6. User Conduct:

We expect all users to maintain respectful and responsible conduct while using our website and services. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. 

7. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of disputes, we will seek resolution through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties.
